Return policy
If it isn't right, send it back. 6-7 days from delivery.
The watch needs to be unworn, in its original packaging,
with everything it arrived with.
To start a return, email hello@vavlo.in with your order
number. We'll send you a return label and arrange pickup.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within
6-7 business days of us receiving the watch.
Wrong size? We'll exchange 35mm for 40mm or the other way
round, once, free.
Damaged or faulty on arrival: email us within 48 hours with
a photo and we'll replace it. No questions.
Shipping
We ship across India.
Orders are dispatched from Mumbai within 1-2 business
days. Delivery usually takes 4-5 business days for metros
and 6-7 for everywhere else.
You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your
order leaves us.
We currently do not ship outside India.
Manufacturing
We ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
